What motivates me professionally isn’t to achieve perfection, but rather provide the best possible service to my clients with a promise to do my best. The story doesn’t always go the way we intended, I find joy in helping create a story that’s efficient and executed gracefully.

I was about 10 years old when I saw the movie The Goonies for the first time. I’ll never forget thinking, one day I’ll live there. One day I will get to live surrounded by such beauty and adventure. Growing up surrounded by the Great Lakes of Michigan one could not possibly think anything better existed than living surrounded by the world’s largest fresh-water system, or the world's largest fresh-water dunes coastline. But maybe one hasn’t been to the 100,000 year old Oregon Dunes, or strolled all 363 miles of the People’s Coast - since 1913 every inch of Oregon’s coastline has been open to the public, or climbed Oregon’s highest peak, Mount Hood standing at 11,250 feet.

For those that have spent any amount of time on the Pacific Northwest you know a few things are pretty consistent; lush foggy forests dripping with lichen, flawlessly sandy dunes, lakes full of glacier melt, 4 wonderful seasons, mountain-scapes gorgeous enough for Bob Ross to paint, and wooded trails that will test your grit and endurance. The PNW will challenge you, delight you, place you outside your comfort zone, and brighten the day you thought could not be brightened.
